AMA, or ask me anything, is an online interview format popularised at Reddit, see [1].

The interview subject answers questions posted by members of a forum.

We hope to provide as many AMAs as possible through the end of December, 2018, as Google+ users are contemplating platform alternatives.

Plexodus / G+MM AMA format

As with most of this project, this is an evolving situation and this process will likely evolve over time. Bear with us as we sort this out.

As of 19 October 2018, AMAs are being held at the Google+ Mass Migration community, on Google+. Both interviewees and those asking questions must have a Google+ account. The AMAs can be read by anyone.

The format is text-based.

AMAs will be scheduled as live question-and-answer sessions. The AMA will start when the guest opens their post.

The AMA is self-serve. Please visit the Google+ Mass Migration forum

Guests start the interview by posting the following, replacing <name>, <role> and <project> as appropriate:

*Hello, my name is <name> and I am the <role> of <project>. Ask me Anything!*

The asterisks will create a bold title for your post.

Please post a proof of your AMA to a Well Known Channel and link to that from your AMA.

Guests will answer questions for at least one hour following the scheduled start of the AMA. They will return for follow-up questions 4-6 hours later, if possible.

It is possible that future AMAs may be held at the Plexodus subreddit, should it provide sufficient audience.
