The G+ Notable Names Database (G+NNDB) is an attempt to list notable and well-known Google+ users, and their present or future online locations.

As with much else here, we're working out just how to do this, so bear with, and contributions welcomed.

This list is incomplete. Please help expand it.

PUBLISH WELL-KNOWN SOCIAL MEDIA OR BLOG ADDRESSES ONLY, NOT EMAIL OR OTHER PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION, OR CLOSELY-HELD ONLINE IDENTITIES OR PSEUDONYMS.

Criteria[edit]

Entries should consist of individual (not organisations) who are notable, had a Google+ presence, and engaged significantly there.

Simply being famous or having many followers should not generally be a factor. Example, Mark Zuckerberg has 674,000 followers, but no activity. This of itself is not notable, though Zuckerberg's relationship to Google+ might be argued.

In general: someone of general reputation who you'd followed on Google+, had the option to interact with, and would want to do so in future, outside of your immediate personal social circles would be a fair basis. And yes, that's squishy, we can talk about contended cases.

Format[edit]

Please list:

  • Name. (May link G+ profile.)
  • Brief description.
  • Known primary blog, microblog, social media, and/or feeds (RSS/Atom).

In the form:

* <Full name>, <description>. [<blog url> blog] [<microblog url> microblog] [<social url> social] [<feed url> feed]
